  1. I'm sure I've seen on here instructions for removing the door cards on the Yeti, I've searched but can't now find it. Does anyone one have any info or pics/diagrams on how to remove the door card?

    Dealer gone

I used to work as a car salesman for a Peugeot main dealer. Small family run business with about 90% repeat customer business. Peugeot weren't happy with the size of the place so moved the franchise to a much larger motor group premises where Peugeot shares a showroom with Citreon, Nissan, Suzuki, Volvo, Jeep, Landrover, Chrysler, Jaguar and Skoda. Big place, big profits, big volume!

    Mileage

5000 miles in two and a half years.
  4. I live on an Island, petrol 113.9 pence per litre and diesel 116.9 per litre and that includes our road tax!
  5. Mine came with two nets as standard, much the same as you describe. I have obtained a parcel shelf net, which I find the most use full. No ashtray.
  6. I replaced all my wiper blades in January this year, bought of Ebay complete set Bosch Aero twins for the front and original rear for approx £26.00. My local dealer wanted £56.00 plus labour if fitted at service!
  7. The other quote was from existing broker and was the best NFU Mutual could do at £293
  8. Just had my insurance renewal through the post for the Yeti and thought I'd ring around to see what quotes I could get. My current renewal was with NFU mutual full protected no claims and two named drivers, they wanted a renewal of £306.00 Couple of phone calls later I've a quote on a policy with the same benefits with Ageas any driver over 25, same policy excess for £198.99, quite frankly I'm amazed. I called my existing company to give them the opportunity to re-quote and they best they could do was £293.00.
  9. My 2011 Cappuccino is grey under the bonnet.
  10. As you can see from this photo it's from the top of the Yeti dash, best not to have anything on your lap!
  11. There was me thinking it was the receiver for the remote locking!
  12. I've used San Disk SDHC cards in my Bolero, didn't format them before use. Ripped CD's using Windows media player and transferred the WMA files to the SD card and they play without a problem.
  13. Mine went in for service at the beginning of the month, whilst there it had the 'product enhancement' which is only the rear badge, the front one had as much white worm as the rear so they did that as well. I asked if the new style badges would fit and was told that rear ones were not available in the new style.
  14. Update on the need to carry breath test kits in France: Indefinite delay on breath tests THE government has delayed the full introduction of the controversial breath-test law, which would have penalised them for not carrying an unused kit in their vehicle. Interior Minister Manuel Valls has postponed “sine die” – indefinitely – the start of €11 fines for not carrying the tests. He had already delayed the start from November 1, 2012, until March 1 due to problems in supply and doubts about their effectiveness. He says he will wait until the Conseil National de la Sécurité Routière (CNSR) has reported on what it sees as the best measures to cut drink-driving, which is a major cause of road deaths. The news came as Valls announced an 8% drop in the numbers killed on France’s roads – falling to 3,645. He noted that there had been a 14.5% drop in the number of motorcyclists killed but said they still made up 23% of the road victims despite being just 3% of the traffic. Cyclists were revealed as being more exposed to road dangers as the number killed rose 9.9%. He said that for the general figures there was a definite sex and age trend, with three times the number of men being killed as women and 21% of the deaths being in the 18-24 age group. Valls has previously announced his aim of cutting the road toll “in half” by 2020 and called for continuing efforts to improve road safety. Whether mandatory breath tests will play any role of may be known by mid-February when CNSR is due to give its initial views. However, one committee member, road safety campaigner Chantal Perrichon, president of the Ligue Contre la Violence Routière, has already dismissed the tests as “just a gimmick”. She told Connexion they had been a hastily-introduced measure which had been brought in at the end of the Sarkozy presidency “to be seen to be doing something”. Mme Perrichon said that no proper testing had been done to evaluate the éthylotest and that Valls would have no choice but to delay full introduction. There had also been controversy about their lack of availability across the country – and the soaring prices for the few kits available. Environmental campaigners had also attacked them as they used toxic chemicals and a consumer group test showed that they were not reliable.
  15. I've just hand my second annual service total mileage 4463!
  16. Sony Miro and Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini also fine
  17. The fog light do come on when you select reverse, I assume to give you more light when manoeuvring.
  18. Totally agree, you want to try a Seat Altea Sport on 17" rims, it will knock your teeth out!
  19. I have the spare wheel option in mine, I also use the two nets that came with the vehicle. The only extra net that I've bought is the parcel shelf net, which I use for storing shopping bags. My dealer at the time told me that the boot floor net would not fit due to the spare wheel option.
  20. Also the 1.4 has not been around as long as the rest of the range so that's why there are not so many about.
  21. I believe that that function is only available if you have the factory 'Sound system'.
  22. Perhaps you could post some puctures of them when they have been fitted.
  23. Saw my first Dacia Duster in the flesh today. It was a French registered white one stopped on the side of the road with it's bonnet up and a tow truck waiting. I'll keep the yeti thanks.
