  1. Never hook up your phone. Have it connect automatically by Bluetooth as soon as you press Start.
  2. The Yeti in my signature (I have two) is a 61 reg car. The front passenger window was opened one day and would not close... not using the switch on the door, nor the switch on the driver's door, nor using the remote control "hold the locking button down" method. What did work (and what completely cured it) was locking the car using the key in the door and then turning and holding the key clockwise (i.e. locking again). The window shut and worked perfectly ever since in all methods. Why? I don't know. Hope this information helps someone, if too late to help the OP.

This certainly doesn't mean you can't go to an alternative trusted workshop for replacing discs and pads...
  5. Just one last (probably!) comment on this from me ~ I presume you have adjusted the steering wheel as far towards the rear of the car as it will go?
  6. I presume you know it is adjustable?

Check it's not slotted behind the rear seat where it is designed to be stored!
  8. Er, read it again! Just realised, perhaps you thought I wrote opposite?

When I ask what LGBTQ++ is, I never get a straight answer either.
  12. What digital thermostat? The only ones I have are for Oil temperature and they would reflect the figures you are seeing in your first and last post...
  13. Yes in the newer of my Yetis. Not in the other, older Yeti ~ it just means the displays bars and beeps.
  14. I don't have an electric car but I still have to charge mine overnight...
  15. Well the thread title certainly got MY attention. Sounds like a job well done...
  16. Aahhh... but the springs are the other way round!
  17. Profile shews green///
  18. I have Team Heko wind deflectors on one such; and no problems in ten years. They do touch though.
  19. Have you locked and unlocked the airbag switch?
  20. I presume you are aware that passenger air bag light on is standard practice in all cars for at least the first 30 seconds...

Did you ever sort this? I have just installed a new iPhone and had to adjust from surname first... successfully!
  22. It certainly does; but then I have autolocking switched off in my Yetis... But... what did you mean by "doors TRIED to lock", please?
  23. freedie replied to freedie's topic in Skoda Yeti
Probably! But I did enter the agreement with my eyes open and would not have ventured a case against VW Group on my own... I will provide the legal explanation after I have received and laundered my ill-gotten windfall.
