  1. The congestion announcements are great really useful.
  2. If you manage to get the see info that's where it tells you what in the update it's not very specific, can't remember the exact wording but it was not more than shop bug fixes.
  3. Yep bug fixes
  4. The software updates in the background and if you are driving it give you no info, I had that yesterday just as I stopped clicked on show info and it was a shop update
  5. That's how they are
  6. That just messes up,the playlists not what I want, if I'm listening to an album I want to continue listening to that album when I get back into the car.
  7. SD card or usb sick it shouldn't matter as both are just storage devices
  8. Glad it's not just me then.
  9. My last 2 cars that had USB would play music from the stick and when you either swapped to radio or turned the car off, upon restarting or reselecting media it would play from where you where, now the Karoq always restarts from the beginning, it's the MIB3 system running 0270 software, have I missed something in settings , happens with all the usb sticks I have which play perfectly in other cars though I don't have another Skoda to try them in, the other thing it doesn't display any album artwork which again I get in other cars.
  10. Works every time for me.
  11. pragmatix replied to Bigdrive's topic in Skoda Karoq
Great crates and well worth the money , if you are going for a guard then the travail, are the best, personally I prefer a crate, no chance of the dog escaping in an accident
  12. Chips away or similar shouldn't cost too much either a couple of phone calls and get some quotes or ask about in your area for recommendations, as others have said the operative is the key, most dealers use this type of repair as they come to you and are cost effective.
  13. I'm not sure I have the settings connivence consumer, though my switch has now been replaced and they now work, maybe it's a setting that dropped on the MY21 cars
  14. Same as I do most days driven it againπŸ˜€
  15. Helpful
  16. Yes there are sensors front and rear and the linkage can get dry, so hope fully you have a cure.
  17. I think that you may have a sensor fault, mine light up the road the same regardless of the load.
  18. That is a good question
  19. I've driven itπŸ˜€
  20. Yes have I know how they are supposed to work but they don't dealer say they are only fitted with the winter pack, that I don't believe and have now gone back to them with the reply from Skoda uk, I'm still waiting for their reply., in the meantime I've diagnosed a faulty switch.
  21. MY21, 1.5dsg SeL Does an SeL have heated mirrors I can't find a definite answer to this, if they do then mine aren't working, the dealer can't answer that question.
  22. If you enter the address fully not just the postcode it's fine but a bit of a faff to do
  23. That's not auto hold that's applying the brakes it only applies the brakes when you are stationary, what you refer to is either hill start assist or park assist .
  24. I use Auto hold in most situations, except if I stuck in a line of traffic then I tend to use the handbrake, especially if it's night and raining, auto hold use the hydraulic system and this operates the brake lights so on a rainy night this can be dazzling for the driver behind, and if you check the Highway Code you will find it's an offence to dazzle someone, the handbrake doesn't activate the brake lights, and it does tease as you drive off.
