Does the low oil pressure light stay on when you start?
  2. No Yeti has headlights suitable for LED. They are either Halogen or Bi-Xenon
  3. You don't say, have you tightened those 4 screws that were loose and still got a leak?

Get yourself a voltmeter that goes into the 12v socket in front of handbrake and note the voltage before starting car in the morning, anything around 12.5 volts is not good. Something like this. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cigarette-Lighter-Battery-Voltage-Voltmeter/dp/B00DI4ZS7U
  5. Is it the air outlet flaps at the rear behind the bumper, see if it stops with a window open.
  6. What's the need to cross the mirror mount? Just bring it down beside it, cannot get neater than that and much easier as no need to fish cable across under the dash, straight up from fuse box to the drivers "A" pillar and tuck under headlining. The cable is barely visible.
  7. Get a 12v to 5v converter hardwire kit and piggyback into a live or switched live (whatever it needs) in the fusebox by the drivers door. Easy then to remove drivers A pillar trim by lifting as you pull it inwards at the top so you don't damage roof trim then feed it under the headlining by the windscreen to the rear view mirror.
  8. Strange as the 2015 Amundsen II does not have a disk.
  9. So did that mean the TPMS light came on so you checked and adjusted the tyres to the correct pressure before resetting the TPMS?
  10. Usually caused by water getting into the aerial.
  11. Swivel seats work on a flat floor, something the Yeti does not have.
  12. When instrument cluster lights come back on is there any message in the Maxidot? Have you left any lights on, including indicators?
  13. That sounds like it could be the culprit.
  14. Ours was 9 years old on January 12th. I gave it a polish last week and it looks like new, the roof rails looked a bit jaded so I treated them to a rub down with Owatrol and they look new again. 57,500 miles and going as good as it's ever done, excellent roadholding with about 60 mpg if not pushing on too hard, the annual road tax went up this year to £35, my motorcycle is £117! It's a keeper 🙂
  15. That is when he joined, this thread was only posted last week and he visited here yesterday.
  16. They said earlier the DMF has been replaced.
  17. Don't think there are any magical cures, it seems to be a trait of that engine as well as a very good power delivery.

Could it be just a blocked filter not allowing the pump to come up to operating pressure I doubt if the previous service would have even checked that, most don't even know there's a filter in there.? A lot cheaper to change than the pump.
  19. You really should get the refrigerant vacuumed out before disconnecting the lines.
  20. Sounds like condensate from AC.
  21. This will reset service on Maxidot.

If you put the front wiper on and then reverse a bit does the rear wiper start?

Is the boot showing as shut on the display between the dials? If yes does it show as open when boot is open?
  24. Just behind the 12v socket in the boot is a grill, it sounds to be coming from there and another on the other side.
  25. Nope, the 215/60/16 has a significantly higher sidewall, Read again, I said one of the highest side-walls, higher than any of the 17" wheels, that's why so many people tried to get 16" wheels fitted at build for a more comfortable ride
