My timing has always been poor... been toying with selling for a smaller car
Another slightly left field option.. . Go small and light with go kart handling... I know I'm probably biased but the previous gen Swifts are great fun in a small package and ours compliments our Kodiaq really well.

Kodiaq 2018 Heater goes cold
I believe that fault code is usually associated with a key coding issue or immobilizer issue. I'd be tempted to clear it and see if it comes back. I'd also do a few cycles of the flap reset just to see if that helps. Hows the car engine temperature? Ok on a run or varying? Finally check the coolant header tank... Is it a 'mit silikat' one with the silicon bag in it ( I can't remember if the 2.0 tsi originally had one or not ). If it did and it's split that can cause the heater matrix to block.

Cam Belt
Pretty certain there are no wet cambelts and only a couple of diesels have a very small wet oil pump belt. As far as I'm aware the latter hasn't been reported as having regular issues.

Aircon only works after a few minutes
Not sure on the start up thing but on the blowing warm we had a similar issue with our mk 2. Have you tried resetting the diverter flaps? I can't quite remember how but I think it's press and hold the econ button and the face vent buttons at the same time for a couple of seconds

Sudden drop off in AC performance / faulty AC system
We've had similar in our Kodiaq this last couple of weeks... An apparently sudden drop off in A/C efficiency. Our car is 7 years old though. I took the chance on getting it regassed during the week at an independent garage and it apparently only had about 15% of the gas in it that it should have. It passed a leak test though was regassed and has been fine today in temps of up to 30 degrees. Si in answer to your question... Yes get it checked and regassed.

Air conditioning sometimes freezing windscreen
Is recirculation on. If so that can cause misting and can also lead to patches on the screen

How do I find the detailed spec of my Kodiaq?
There won't be a sticker as they stopped doing that years ago. But I got mine by asking in the chat function on the Skoda website. The engine code may well be on the vehicle weight plate in the driver's door jamb.

New 3rd generation NISSAN Leaf vids, reviews etc.

Kodiaq 2018 Heater goes cold
Have you tried resetting the climatronic control flaps? If not press and hold the A/C and face level vent buttons 5ogether for a few seconds and that should attempt to reset their positions and may help.

Cars with nice backdrops...
The structure they said could never be built... Until Husband and Co consulting engineers took up the challenge!

How the MK4 VRs should have really looked?
I think you mean @JohnnyType2 asked??
-
How the MK4 VRs should have really looked?
It has a similar 'mentality' and 'style' to a Civic - you say it's subtle but it's actually nothing of the sort and quite brash. As you say though - you like it? - that's fine - nobody cares...
-
How the MK4 VRs should have really looked?
Not a fan TBH... It looks like it's crashed through a Halfords or Ripspeed catalogue... Rather naff... the old Honda Civic was the same.

2012 Yeti 2.0 SE TDI CR 140 BHP 4x4 for sale (£1,500)
Ooh... If only I had space for a 4th car... It would be a cracking winter runabout with a recon turbo.... I think SWMBO would murder me though!!

Guess the Hire Car.... Mac's 2019 game
Yeah... still can't get over that view... Apparently the coast and this side of the first hills is mainland Greece and those behind are Albania... And yep the Ibiza is sound... The only issue has been getting my phone holder on the vents so I can use Sygic to navigate without a huge sky reflection on the phone screen. First world problems eh?

Guess the Hire Car.... Mac's 2019 game
Yes... Got here late Monday night and collected a very base model Seat Ibiza in white. It's clearly had a few bumps and repairs but drives very well with about 44k km on it and is fine for the narrow, almost one lane coast road down the east of the island that leads to our villa. It also seems to cope ok with the driveway up to the villa which is very steep (the info they sent us beforehand recommends 1st gear and A/C off and they weren't kidding). Having arrived in the dark it was a bit of a 'wow moment ' to wake up to the view below though...

Guess the Hire Car.... Mac's 2019 game
Nope to all of those... I too thought it night be a Pando but not this time (had one of those in Portugal a couple of years ago and it was crap... No guts at all.)

Service items at 2 years
Ah.. my mistake... Apologies. It was diff oil that was mentioned you are right. That still seems early to me even for a VAQ. I'd be tempted to download the pukka service manuals and check them myself to confirm the dealer wasn't pulling a fast one as it has been known for them to give advice that differs from the official line.

Sounds like the dealer is taking you for a ride. A/C service will probably be a £4 bomb from Halford or similar and no gas recharge, brake fluid could be done but I'd expect it to be ok if they checked the water content and DSG oil shouldn't need changed.

Visually etc. My car of the day -today
That Fiesta looks like an original Supersport - I always liked them but it was not to be (I ended up with a Chevette...) EDIT: - looks like it could be as its an '82 1298cc according to the DVLA... if it isn't it's a decent copy.

2019 Kodiaq tdi noise under load - help
Get them to check the propshaft couplings front and rear - it may not be those but they have a tendency to start to fail around 70k miles and exhibit a vibration at exactly the sort of revs you're talking about - most noticable under load and in a high gear
