sticking rear brake caliper

I got them to, worked out cheaper than re-cons. -
You need an air gun for its speed. For some strange reason it's the only way the bolt tighten's up. If you do end up changing the pump, it's an easy job. Take of under tray, turbo intercooler pipe and it will come straight out the bottom. The hardest part is finding the right hex key to remove the the aircon pipes of.

What symptoms did your car gave to indicate the fuel return valve and where is I located.
-
Yes about every 2 years for the diesels. No idea why the petrols are every year.
-
Yes if it's a petrol, No if diesel, there every 2 years.

I know exactly how you feel. I ended up buy a rubber universal one and trimming to shape. I do t understand why you can't just buy a drivers one as it takes all the wear.

After a year of looking and thinking about a new car, the wife and I decided on the ford. It's a nearly 1 year old 2.0td 180 titanium sport with 2000 miles on the clock. The standard kit is very impressive with loads of extra toys too. We needed a car that could fit 3 car seats in one row or 2 seats and a booster. We did test drive some Octavia's but they just didn't impress us, the superb was just to expensive for what you got including the second hand ones. Vauxhall was a NO from the start. Thought about a 3 series GT but couldn't find one in the spec I wanted. So fingers crossed the ford gives me the same years of trouble free motoring my octy has. I'll be sad to sell the Octavia, we've had it since new, every service done by the dealer we bought it of down in Dunfermline, (170 miles each way) don't worry, that's where were from and visit the family. its 8 years old now and still a good car.

There was an exercise than happened a year or so ago, when a bus company got drivers to sit on stationary bikes and had a bus pass them a bit close at the legal speed. The reaction from the drivers and their comments were an opener and shock to them. The space difference after the exercise that the drivers gave, was like night a day.

We moan about uk manufactures restriction options, just found out ford America won't sell the RS with the bucket seats. -
You must have lived or bought the car in Fife/Perthshire at the the time with the SM at the start of the plate.

Each under tray is about £50, mine were both damaged due to a large puddle on the M90. I would take it off and check the bodywork behind just to make sure you haven't damaged anything.

Wiilydog is spot on, I never noticed it was the wrong part. It was about 2 years ago when I did mine.

No it's the same thing just a different name.

Clips onto the two arms below the washers jets at each side. It doesn't feel secure when you put it on.

I worked for partco/unipart for a long time. It was me that done the ordering and tech stuff on the LuK for my branch. A lot of my day was spent talking to the 2 nearest branches due to all the info I kept in my head, my work mates used to say I was sad lol. That was over 10 years ago now.

The spec of each car will vary from country to country. It is determined by the head office of the naked in each country. If it's not listed our configurator you have no chance.

Oh the good old tears trick. That crap don't wash with me, I get it nearly every day at work.
-
What is your job, I'm unclear from your post. You say ''we receive 100-150 calls a day" from factors asking advice on clutches, dmf, etc. If you were getting that amount of calls a day, I would say you worked in a factors.

Replacement of under engine tray

Are the wheel arch liners ok. As Mike said, the tray is attached to them with about 3 screws each side.
