Even if the £60 ticket is a fraction of the price of the veyron (the sun article), 3 penalty points are a quarter of the points needed to get a ban....

I would say the 3 points and £60 may well be speculation on the part of the Sun. It was on French plates so there is every chance it has a French owner/driver.

Really gutted I couldn't make this.
