VRS vs UK scooby/evo

Featured Replies

 Will do.

First off i have spent £70 on fuel and i'v covered 300 miles. Most of that was a steady 80 on the motorway home from picking it up. I'v booked it in for a full service at the cost of £280 at Steve Hill Motorsport. As soon as anything changes i'll let you know first:D It really is comforting to know that you are concerned for my finances though:thumbup:

So approx 23mpg on a run at a steady 80mph, thats half of what I get in my modded Octy vRS, working it from fill up to fill up, and not on the computer.

I hate to see what it will use when you drive it in anger or in traffic.

If fuel economy was my aim i'd buy a diesel. Oh wait i already own 2 diesel vehicles:D I did 190 miles driving back from buying it so the other 110 are Milton Keynes driving which is quite bad for consumption. I'm actually really pleased with a combined 23mpg:cool:

OK guys and gals, I think this one has run it's course and certainly lost it's way now.

Time to close it and move on to something else :)
