Happy b road blasting:thumbup:

Ooh awesome! I wish i lived in Yorkshire or Wales, the roads are so much better than down here in Oxford! Take pics, be careful and enjoy mate!

dont forget the sick bag ;)

Be safe.

Go for it :)

Just make sure that if you hit something it is a tree rather than another road user.

Ive just been out in the volvo :thumbdwn: Ive come back more bored than when i left

I miss my fabia........ but soon the fun will be back ;)

i agree just make sure you hit a tree not a family with kids on board.

I think the general idea is to avoid hitting anything.

And they are even worse here. There's little pleasure in driving here.

I'm gonna go out in the Octy later I think. May even take some picture of it for a change! LOL. As some of the others have said though...be safe :P

do it:thumbup:

I'm going to get up extra early tommorow, and give it some proper stick:D

Took mine on a backroad today,

50mph tops cause all i got was cccssscchhk... you know the sound when your sump tray keeps hitting the deck?

To be fair Gary said he was going for a 'blast' down some b-roads.... a 'blast', not 'I'm off to drive at speeds way above the NSL and overtake on blind bends etc....'

Over-lowered it a bit then?

won't somebody think of the kittens

No no no your never too low take the under tray off then no scraping i did it and have never hit the sump yet lol

No no no your never too low

I disagree, especially given the amount of speed bumps around here, though I might be in the minority there.

i agree but not because of speed bumps, my arches are getting it tight at times and i've hit the road on more than one occasion so there is such a thing as too low. speed bumps can be handled well at very low speeds.

The fabia isn't so bad, but my previous A3 grounded the undertray even at lowish speeds with the standard sport suspension.

I must be in a minority in that I really don't like the slammed look.
