Amazing attention to detail. I can't help thinking though that he really should get out a bit more, have a day out in the countryside and breathe some fresh air. I was going to say it borders on autism, but on reflection he is way over the border and has taken up full residency...

I think we had a debate on here about this chap when he got his blue VXR... Opinion was split 50/50 as to if he was the sadest man alive or a detailing god....

Got to respect the work he's done on the engine though

It looks well, but it's only a car at the end of the day - and I think he needs to get out more.

im sorry but i feel he needs a life with the amount of time he has spent on that car 2 of them all day and from what i can gather 6 days worth of work on it :o

Ok it's just taken me ages to jus briefly go through all that  very nice, but as if you can be ar5ed doing all that!!

I get the whole car detailing thing.. i really do! But thats just sad, really really sad!

Very impressive, but I think there is more to life than cleaning a car that much. I mean, 51 layers of wax?

OCD anyone? looks like that cars gona spend more time getting cleaned than on the road, he must have wayyyyyy too much money and time on his hands

do you think hes that picky with his missus? pointing out a hair on her leg she may have missed shaving

Do you honestly think he has ever had sex with a human, let alone got a missus?

madness i cleaned my car yesterday in 10 mins :D

Maybe loz should take a leaf out of his book and actually clean her car!

He's probably got a Zymol Signiture Edition Fleshlight

He's bought an Astra, not a Rolls! lol And all the covers of Loaded seem to have men on them?

If it is ever on the road, lots of the work gets undone straight away.

what a penis!!!!

i mean come on, thats just gay!!

For goodness sake its only an Astra wit a set of chav wheels on it.

I'm gonna get my mrs read through that thread and see if she moans at me when I spend a couple of hours cleaning the cars again.

GET A BLOODY LIFE YOU SADDO.

I like the bit where they photograph and light meter the car just in case there is any problems and they can then go back to the manufacturer and think of rejecting it for a half a milimetre paint defect.

Maybe its just someone who is passionate about his job???

even before getting to the new car, he spent the last day with the old one giving it a full detail ready for the new owner when the car is a part-ex for the **** car edition. I would safely wager that this particular car never goes anywhere near the Nurburgring in case it gets dirty on the way and he can't find pure enough water to clean it with

wanting to reject a car for a tiny spot of paint that you can't see unless really looking for it?

This bloke is far too anal to have ever had a girlfriend.

I bet this bloke is a laugh a minute at parties.

I was thinking of that, but the thread bored me, the wife wouldn't last a page of it.

I can only presume they'd tell him to **** off. It's hardly a Veyron, is it? It's a nice enough car (bit showy for me), but it's a 20 grand (?) Vauxhall at the end of the day.

I like my car to look presentable, but to put that amount of time/effort/money? You'd never drive it for fear of a stone chip or bit of mud or brake dust.

I rather liked where he degreased/polished some hinges

I like how he pointed out the dirt in the engraved numbers on the brake callipers.

and he can't find pure enough water to clean it with

I'd forgotten that bit

Do you think he'd get upset if you showed him the bunch of Scallies at Ellsemere Port that built it?

As a "show car" to advertise his trade then you cant fault the attention to detail but surely you would pick a more eye catching car than an Astra.

Judging by the amount of money that he has spent on that motor in tuning/detailing/ICE etc then you would of thought that he could of afforded a more exclusive car, in that the Astra that his limited edition is based on isnt exactly exclusive is it.

Arnold Clark will be knocking them out at half price soon.
