Just had confirmation our track session is at 10.45am, so plenty of time to get in, get sound checked/briefed etc.

Excellent - plenty of time in the morning to enjoy the festivities and the company then experience life on track before hot footig it to Thruxton for the BTCC races!

whats the sound limit for the track jase?

Noise limit is 100dbA at 1/2 metre from exhaust at 45 degrees. This is a VERY loud noise level so I would hope even Des' beast would pass without any worries.

This gona be a wicked day out is there any convoys etc for going down on the day??

Nope - no convoys unless others wish to contact others and arrange their own little convoys. I will find out when the stand will be open from and include it on the note when I send out the tickets.

The 31st March is now a STRICT deadline as Maria says she needs cleared payment before the 2nd week in April so they can get passes out fast, so I can send them on to everyone in good time before the 25th.

COME ON. We need more people on the clubstand please. Surprised that many people are not taking up this offer of a great day out for £8 a person.

If you need extra tickets, you only have until Tuesday night, 31st March, then it will be £10 for each of them on the gate. Be good to see them again.

If you have alocal Lidl then they had 2 types of helmet in last weeks offers, at £22.99 and £39.99.

Worth a look if you have one near as they often have things left over from previous weeks, they look good quality and have 3 year warranties.

got myself a helmet from a mate at work! he has a spare one he never uses so sold it to me for £15! woo considering im only going to use it probs twice a year i think its a good investment LOL:thumbup:

As for everyone else, you will need to liaise amongst yourselves, but I will let everyone know in advance what time to be on the stand (roughly) Last thing I really want is a huge convoy which could get messy. Therefore, as long as everyone gets there I'm happy.

PS: ONLY A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE NOW! :eek:

Ok - No contact, and no show at the wurzel meet means Mr Crossfade is now scrubbed off the list. That's the way the cookie crumbles when there is no commitment whatsoever. :thumbdwn: So, if anyone fancies this track session it will be available with no deadline really (apart from the show) as I am paying for the complete track session @ £750 regardless. I really do NOT want to end up having to pay £56 to go on myself though so please someone come and take this spot.
