give the circuit a call Dwight.

they may not have facilities themselves but there are a couple of industrial units on site that house motor/motorsport based companies who may be able to sort you out

or alternatively chippenham is a 10 minute drive and is bound to house a tyre fitter or 2

Not sure it will be possible to get it all done before the track session though. :) There'll be the stand organisation, briefing session, sound testing, and the track session is at the fairly early time of 10.45am so all needs to be done before then. :)

jason whats the setup of the stand?? never been to one of these shows so havent got a clue....

all the best

clive

If there's a speck of dirt on any car, you're not allowed in :P

Format is "Drive in, Park up, Enjoy" If you can, park next to a car of a similar colour so there is some kind of pattern, but to be honest I'm easy going and could not give a flying f*** if everyone is totally un colour coordinated!

When I get the passes back from Combe, hopefully tomorrow or monday, I am hoping for a rough stand layout so I can do a little planning where possible

DON'T FORGET THE 12 SPARE SPACES PEOPLE!

I will be going down from the Midlands down the M5, so can meet up for a convoy....
Those on the M5 south if you want to meet me at the Little Chef just off JCT 13 for the cross country route to Castle Combe feel free!! I'll post up a time as soon as detials for access to the Circuit are posted
cheers for wheel yesterday, fancy meetin somewhere en -route then mate??may also have another in tow so might get a decent little convoy rolling????:D

Following all the midlands convoy interst for this one i've set up a convoy thread :D

Anybody going down the night before as their are a couple of us driving down on the friday night and staying in Travelodge east bound near chippenham.£19 for the night.

Could possibly meet up for a drink around 10pm.

I'll be in the "Essex Boys Convoy" A127-M25-M4. That will be just me then.

I've asked Steve if he can pick it up, but if there's a willing volunteer to go down and pick it up, I will be very grateful.

As early as possible but it doesn't really matter. I've not got the pack yet with everyone's tickets in, so don't know what time we can get in. I suspect I am aiming for a pre 9am arrival. :)
