Cheers guys.

No, they're not genuine Audi lol I'm not that well off!!

All 4 tyres on my vRS alloys needed replacing so I thought might aswell treat myself to some new wheels and tyres.

They were purchased off Wheelbase - official ACE, DeCorsa and Konig distributor in the UK for £650 delivered, with free locking wheel bolts and they came with tyres (Kumho KU31's) fitted and balanced ready to fit straight to the car. I would highly recommend them the service was pretty good as was the price :)

£650 aint bad for 19" alloys with tyres! I had a look around Halfords and they start at about a grand for a set of 4 without the tyres!

Wheelbase seem to be a decent company as well; not far from me and they seem to have a good reputation, both on here as well as other forums. The reps they stock seem to be of good quality

Steve

Like them a lot - liking the exhaust more!

really nice work

must admit that wheelbase website seems an absolute bargain.

how'd you find the toyo tyres for dry and wet grip,

i think ill definately look into these when my tyres wear down. and thinking about it, once i sell the original 18inch zeniths ill recoup a fair amount back making it an even better bargain.

but the choices rs4 or r8 styles, hard choice

Again thanks for the comments :)

A few people seem to be commenting on the exhaust, here's a better picture of the tailpipes.

Hi sorry about that lol,

They aren't proper tints, just blinds that fit inside some clips stuck on to the window frame. They came free with the car and I liked them so left them in :)

Car is running about 280bhp 330lbft btw

:weeping: I want mine back and put wheels on it like that :weeping:

Looks and sounds great Harry, although I personally prefer the BBS wheels. This doesn't mean I don't like the ones you have on your car.I do.:):):)

nice wheels!!! is that Shifty's old motor?

yep thats a definate thumbs up mate .

nice , considered , intergrated look to it.

is that Shifty's old motor?

No, only the bumper and exhaust. I think ;)

Slightly off topic Harry, but those window blinds you've got - do they just stay in place when you put the rear window down? ie are they attached to the frame rather than the glass?

Yes they do.
