Should we organise to do A4 sheets to go in our car windows with car info, mods etc and the club logo at the top? Be good to have the banners and flags from Jason for sure.

Thing is I found the bungees used for attaching the flags to the poles after Jay left, so you're going to have to use gaffer tape or something to attach them to the poles. Don't forget the block of wood & a lump hammer to tap the ground spikes into the grass - I took my brick home with me yesterday.

My friend has a boat load of different sized bungees, so I'll cadge some off him:D Gaffer tape may look naff & may mark the poles.

poles will not be marked by gaffa - you'll see when you get them.

Oh, and becareful of the pole I lost the end caps for. Gaffer holding it closed, and it should only go out in one direction (to give the telescopic extension effect).

A couple of members have asked If there was any possibilty of late entry onto the stand. I have emailed the organiser who Is in charge of the stand area about this situation & he has agreed to accept some late entries only if I can get a second application form & payment to him for wednesday 13th may:D

If anyone still wants to be part of the stand then this will be the final opportunity to do so:thumbup:

They are selling tickets on entry for spectators. Are you wanting some extra passes?

Micheal Balai is a late entry onto the stand, so we have 15 cars showing on the stand now:thumbup:
