Any Classic Car Owners Here?

Featured Replies

Just had it's 38th birthday, waiting for a bit of better weather to finish a couple of jobs (bit of welding, finish fitting a Megajolt ignition and stainless steel sports exhaust) then back oin the road for the nice weather.

Yes, me and my dad have a 1960 Morris Mini Minor (delux no less) with the original clipper blue paintwork, I'll dig out a picture and post it up, I think it's number 81000 ish on the production numbers....

Haven't got any piccies with me but i've still got a 1958 Minor Convertible in Old English White. Not completely original as I completely rebuilt it from bare metal up in about 1990 - also meant replacing the trafficators with normal indicators. Used to travel to and from university in Scotland from Canterbury in it which led to some long trips. :D

Here's our 1989 Fiat X1/9 Gran Finale, a one owner car with only 8000 miles.

I'd give my right ******* for that X1/9 (assuming it's still rust free).

If a Lupo GTI's considered a classic (if not yet, it will be one day, trust me!), then I have one.

Totally rust free, it has never been out in the salt and only ever been out in the rain a couple of times. It goes into the garage and onto blocks in October and doen't come out again untill all the salt has gone in April.

I might have taken you up on your offer but I already have a matching pair of nuts thankyou.

Oh and Mazda Miatas are not classic cars!

Boo Hoo! - Not fair!

Was looking for an early Mini like this for my daughter as she loves them, only problem was when I found a decent one they cost £10k. plus. Settled for an Arosa in the end.

Tell me about it!!

We usually take it to a few shows around the Golucestershire area in the summer, we really love it, still good nearly 50 years old!

Dont own him any more, but here my old VW Derby. Loved that car!

Got some pictures at last......

Also have a motor cycle....

Ben, the Mini's a very original looking mk1 obviously, but the thing I'm loving is the Kwacker 3-cylinder!

Well if a MK2 golf counts as a classic i've got 3 of those, a Mk1 caddy and a corrado g60! :)

2 classic Minis, both in bits!!!! and a BMW E30 320i. classics in my eyes :-)
