Stuart, IIRC I'm not organising this one However we do need a Southern Events chap/chapet.

I would like to have a Very southern meet, eg Devon/Cornwall and a Scottish one, if any of you know of "suitable" events that could cross over let me know, oh for next year I think now...

I'm not going to be able to make this one. At the moment I'm setting my heart on the Oulton park weekend. It would be nice to have a break during September anyway, when the days start getting shorter. :(

Not sure if this reorganisation is treading on lloyd's toes? by default he volenteered to organise a meet at the location originally suggested.

In my opinion thats the way it should work i.e someone who is prepared to organise a meet should suggest the date and venue activities etc. That way no one person gets tied with the organisation. Meets should then be at varied locations in the country. Personally distance is no problem for me as I enjoy driving to places new and if its physically possible and I am free I am prepared to do the drive. I would be prepared to organise a future meet in my area.

Its good to see the level of interest being generated.

For the record

John --- Cirencester Glos - although on the 8th June will be setting off from Yorkshire going home to pick up vRS and the RS and then driving on to the meet so might be late.
