  • Popped to the garage at lunchtime to swap coolant temp sensor. I don't think it's the problem but it can't hurt. Going to swap O2 sensor later for the spare I have. Went well, all sorted in 5 mins. T

SOLD IT! I am no longer a skoda owner! But I still have the official skoda auto teddy bear. :)

I'm now the proud owner of a Renault laguna MK3 estate.

I took mine out and wasted some diesel, just for kicks. And I found out where they put the intercooler!

changed the oil, oil filter, air filter & cts, also put £20.00 of diesel in.

I know! I meant to sort it before driving but I jumped in the car, drove somewhere then remembered. Fail :)

A Laguna? Good luck - hope you got a good one

Nothing, left it parked up again - done less than 60 miles since last Monday (02/04)

Cheers, I think I have but it's got a 24 month main dealers warranty As an approved used anyway so I'll be fine (I never keep any cars longer than two years anyway)

I reset the Oil Service notification after finding out how to do it on here  I'll change the oil and filter on saturday

Decided I needed more room in the boot so moved a few things around and ended with this!

FINALLY fitted my Bury CC9060 Bluetooth carkit tonight - only had it sitting around for 18 months :giggle:

All working nicely; a fair bit of cabling to tuck away but all done neatly. Just need to do a final fix on the mounting bracket, but I ran out of daylight....

Also replaced the top two buttons on my climate panel, that the previous owner had managed to scratch, somehow :wonder:

Took it for MOT and passed with some advisories including the airbag light.

Airbag light? Do you know why that's on? If not, I'd be a bit worried....

Got this yesterday:

Yes

1 Fault Found:

01217 - Side Airbag Igniter; Driver Side (N199)

001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent - MIL ON

I have not got round to having a look at it properly yet. It looks like its been fixed before but the jobs not been done right.

I just reset it when it comes on and it stays off for awhile but yesterday a mile away from the main dealer test station it came on and would not reset :swear:

What was wrong with the old one Rob?

Just fitted my freshly painted fog light and grill surrounds and de-tango'd the indicator bulbs

Dont worry Chris I have been buying more bits, for the car and bike :giggle:

Thats a good install! :)

Fitted new oil seals on intercooler pipe and new washer jets.

Finally managed to replace the passenger footwell light with an LED bulb. My right hand is now a bloodied stump from reaching under the glovebox :(
