i have a blue 1 by far the best colour had a seat leon cupra in yellow, ok 4 finding in a car park not much else, all my mates nicknamed me banana man, took ages to get rid of the nick name, now its taxi driver.

I saw my 1st FL VRS in Yellow yesterday !!, it was parked up so had the chance for a good look and I have to say it looked very nice indeed.

Probably not the colour for an old fogey like me; but nowhere near as strident (and gay...) as I thought.

Incidentally this was only the 3rd FL VRS I have seen ( t'others were blue & silver and both looked good ). I think this is surprising as there seem to be '000's of people on here with them ? but maybe very few in WM ?

White suits VRS best

I remember reading some UK research a couple of years back which had determined a correlation between car colour and personality trait. The upshot was that this affected the frequency of accident.

I must go see if I can find it again with Google but the one thing I do remember it saying was that, in order of accident frequency, black had the highest frequency and white the lowest frequency (duh, it's not rocket science!).

From memory, silver was up with black for high frequency, yellow and blue were middle-ranking, while red was down near the bottom with white.
