The dealer told me today that the 4x4s are being delivered quickly but the 2 wheel drive are taking for evvvvveeeeer!

Unfortunately 18 weeks delivery time. Maybe due to end of scrappage/VAT at 15% orders/pre showroom tax? The factory is very busy at the moment. Come summer I think things will be a lot quieter and faster.

i'm praying the muscle of mine being a fleet order from Lombard will bump me up the priority list. yeah right! :'(

That is waaay to long. I was told delivery would be 2 weeks after build so maybe you'll get it sooner? Gawd knows when I'll get mine as I only ordered it 1.5 weeks ago

I also ordered in December, on the 10th. 1.2 DSG Elegance. Originally quoted as week 5, now pushed back to a week 11 build date, delivery in April.

I ordered mine 1.5 weeks ago and I think mine will arrive towards the end of April. The waiting is hell!!!

Come now, retro gal, try rounding the weeks up or down to whole numbers - you might find this helps!

Not funny! The wait is so frustrating!! It's leaving me WAY too much time to think about what I should and shouldn't have ordered (including the colour dilema!).

Right I am starting to feel a little uneasy. I ordered 9th January and was told to expect delivery end of March. Build week currently showing as week 11 although this is not factory confirmed and subject to change. James at Allams has suggested that it might come forward by a week all being well but reading these recent posts has got me worried that mine might move backwards not forwards

Don't worry about the colour, I went through the colour worries before and after the order went in. If you chose it at the time, just wait and see - it'll be exactly how you want it when it arrives. And don't worry about the wait - hang around here and we'll keep you amused till it arrives.

Thanks...That makes me feel better. I must admit, talking about the yeti on here with equally as excited people, does make me feel much better about the whole thing!
