17inch alloys queries

Featured Replies

hi i've just bought 17x7 audi rs6 alloys and i was wondering if anyone would know if i would need spacers. If anyone knows anything, it would be great help, cheers! :)

for 7s I don't believe so... But mine have spacers anyway, just because I'm a tart and like to see the wheels sticking out an extra little bit. :o

What offset are they?

ET38? Possibly

ET35? Not needed

ET32? Not needed

IIRC

sounds about right Jon - but the previous owner of my ET35s put them on anyway - no harm in widening the wheelbase a little bit I guess?

Owner probably had them fitted as soon as he knew you were buying the furby :P

Just make sure your tyre tread does not pretrude from the arches

Mine protrude a little bit, but mainly toward the front of the arch... Wish I had a piccie now. :D. Ok, ignore the cat, and you sort of get the picture with how it would look (this is my old car though)
