With all the interest on the Octy thread about the MY11 changes, what's happening to the Superb for MY11 and when does it come into play?

I've a Superb on order but don't have a confirmed build/ delivery yet, estimated to be with us in early July when we ordered at the end of March.

From build week 22

Keyless entry KESSY

GSM 111 Premium new funcionality of bluetooth, no more r sap will pair with most commercially available phones

Heated windscreen available on 2.0 CR and 1.6 CR engines

Clutch pedal interlock, cluth pedal must be pressed before engine can start

No more umbrella

new colour Amethyst metallic now available for hatch

There are few other very minor changes, but nothing to worry about

I have the heated windscreen on my 2.0CR so thats nothing new - and why get rid of the umbrella? :wonder:

I should have said 2.0 CR 140 bhp engines

Are the kessy & new Bluetooth standard or available as options on the my11 builds? When is build week 22?

Kessy is an option as far as I am aware, new bluetooth should be standard, and week 22 build is from Sunday 30th may.

not sure if this is part of the changes but there's the dolphin tail antenna in place of the long one.

the headlamp wiper wash cover was also change from body colour to reflective silver...

Na, that's 2010 stuff, my Elegance Estate (owned since wednesday) has a Shark-Fin GPS receiver on the back, FM aerial in the rear side windows and chrome headlight washers...

... Keyless does not appeal, but would love more info re bluetooth and the possibility of using it with an iPhone tho... even if it does need additional parts...
