Will an Audi R8 V10 engine fit :D

I'm sure we could squeeze one in for you Mac, if that what you want.emoticon-0140-rofl.gif

In all seriousness the Yeti has alot of potential thanks to the platform used, it also has the 'innocent' look to it which makes hotting it up all the more fun.

Of course in the uk you can pick up a 1.8t and just upgrade to a K04 turbo for 250bhp+ with 4wd.

Over here that option does not exist, also the market place for cars is very small and any fast cars are automatically double the price.

So for me to swap out a 1.2tsi for a 3.6 or 2.5t actually makes perfect sense!.

well,

i reckon lower it 5 inches all round,

fit 20" chromed alloys on 20 section tyres, that should improve things.

R32 V6 lump, tuned to the max, obviously.

black out all the windows and fill the boot with the biggest, loudest sound system i can find.

oh, and just to add that finishing touch, racing stripes a la mustang.

perfect :giggle:

Yuo forgot the two fuzzy dice hanging from the rear view mirror. :D

Take care! Some take this stuff very seriously indeed... ... ...and that's OK, ... ... ...it just ain't for me ... ... ...so I will sit here and let a wry smile play upon my lips... ... ... ...

The sound system will only play "Nearer my God to Thee" as the resultant lump (formerly known as Yeti) will become somebody's coffin.

There's no reason a properly modified car should be any more dangerous than a standard one. I certainly don't have a problem with modding a yeti, but I won't be doing much to mine as it does what I need it to do, out of the box.

i know, just having fun, thinking of the possiblities.

not for me either but i'm sure it won't be long before we see such a beast

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me if there is a rear subframe from any of the cars mentioned that will fit my Yeti ?
Mine has a broken mounting for the top wishbone after a collision that wrecked the wheel and the driveshaft.
As there are so few Yetis being broken I was hoping I could use a rear subframe from another VAG car and possibly a driveshaft from a

4motion model if they are compatible.

Anyone able to clarify for me ?

Thanks
