Ran the gauntlet to Edinburgh the other day. Lasted an hour before bailing out. Just enough time to pick up a phone and some hifi cables which turned up this week after being messed about by three different hifi dealers. A few phone shots with my old phone before wrapping it up and giving it to swmbo for xmas🤣

I stood virtually in the same spot - took with a HTC One (M8) back in 2016

I recall this was my first time using a phone with an ability to take reasonable photos handheld in near darkness.

Prior to this I was carting an SLR and tripod around

Is that near Sedgefield or somewhere else? I have a feeling there are 2 or more Hardwick Halls around.

That one looks like Hardwick Hall just off the M1 near Chesterfield (I've done work there for the National Trust associated with when the M1 became a managed motorway and have been up on the roof before now).

It's an impressive place and run by a great team. It and Chatsworth are a couple of our go-to places for a walk and an afternoon out.

I’m not sure of the exact spot, Mike, its between the Northumberland Coast and Wooler. I think it’s the Cheviot Hills in the background. Every time I drive back from Holy Island on the back roads I seem to end up a different way!
