Well as everyone seemed to enjoy it, has anyone any feedback on anything they'd like to do differnet last year or anything they weren't keen on.

All to aid the planning of the next one..

OK well the gazebo is now repaired so that's back online.

The campsite was great, and just what was needed - thanks to Dave for getting that sorted.

Good lunch venue and a route which had plenty of variety to cope with the changes in the weather.

From my point of view, the Sunday run would have been better split into two runs on two days - it was hard work for one day over roads I didn't know.

It was also obvious that the route proving had been done by cars with 6 or 7-speed 'boxes, and for those of us with 5-speed 'boxes in lesser cars, it was more difficult.

thanks for the camping efforts and the cooking bryan you just need a vRS, not a 7 speed box!

It's the spacing between the gears, and the actual ratios themselves that I am referring to.

Well all feedback is good. And in having a chat with a few other people that came I'm definately thinking of splitting the run up over the two days, especially if the number of attendees is higher. That way have an evening drive on the Saturday and a mid day ish one on the Sunday, and include the ice cream stop back into the loop...

Sounds like a good time had by all, wish I was there now, but if there is one planned for next year I will look forward to be in attandance.

I've finally got rid of the mud from the inside of the car today!

I thought I'd put my sticker on as well. I've never really been a fan of external stickers, so I broke out my ingenuity and made it an internal sticker instead

'Hello Boys !' window sticker now been removed ... just gotta wash car and put my cumbrian run/brisky stickers on now .
