Yes it's actually the Fabia 2.0 that's 0-200 in 17 seconds.... God, everyone knows that!

ha ha, thats a special CCX, forget why it was made now. Best looking one though I think!

Some cars can't do 60 in that lol!

Its a new model called the Agera R. It's got a very clever new type of rear suspension, that links the 2 shocks at the top, with another shock, for extra comfort

Here's an idea of just how quick it is :o

That's really impressive. I want one.

Top gear spoiler ftw!

I see they got the door windows from the Roomster........

I'll get my coat on the way out......

Lol the Agera R would hand the bike it's arse on a plate and slap it whilst handing it over.

Let's look at the specs for the Bike that was achieved by german magazine motorad.

Top speed 299 kmh (limited)

0–100 kmh 2.9 seconds / 40 m

0–200 kmh 7.6 seconds

0–250 kmh 12.5 seconds

0–280 kmh 18.5 seconds

Let's look at the spec of the Agera R. I only really need 2 to highlight the point.

0-300 kmh 14.53 seconds

0-200 mph 17.68 seconds

So whilst the bike is getting to 280kmh the car would be way in the distance having hit 300kmh 4 secs earlier! :p

Its almost as quick as his 1.8tsi......

But remember, he only goes off figures which favour his arguement, whether it be cars, bikes or politics...

sounds like a good car for the school run, do they do a diesel?

Audi are rumoured to be developing a diesel R8 using the V12 TDI engine from the Q7. Hence the Le Mans racer being diesel. This makes the car faster in gear than a normal R8 and I think the V10 version (but may be wrong about the V10 as its a while since I read about it)

I was kidding, but Audi did indeed build a 1 off V12 engined TDI version of the R8 as a marketing tool ahead of launching diesels in the US about 3 years ago, and I do believe that it was faster than the regular R8 of the time. They did say that they were abandoning the project for production versions as they didn't think there would be enough demand, but now there's a few Porsche diesels around that could change.

I knew you were kidding i just remembered the Audi so thought i'd mention it. :)

The Q7's shift with that Engine in so i would imagine the R8 TDi would be astonishingly quick
