Looks like the Stelvio Pass, never seen it wet before though.

2nd one was Stelvio. What you can't see in the picture is that it was snowing.. in September. I think I was the only mad one to go up (and down and up...), hence why it was so quiet! The third picture was on the St Bernard Pass, between Italy and Switzerland. One of many passes over a few days in the region.
