Yes I have.... :) But its also fair to say that a very large percentage will also be in the situation I suggested..

My post was one possible answer to the question that was asked... :)

I was 28 when I had my CR vRS. Always felt I was too young for it.

Nice to see I'm probably one the oldest at 63. When I want to feel my age, I drive the wife's Yaris :giggle:

53 - 2008 vrs with revo stage 1 and a big kid at heart :giggle:

Diesel ? Do you recommend the REVO Stage 1 remap ?

I'm thinking about it.

35 with a petrol TFSI

Had VRS's for the last 6 years and will no doubt buy a other one

39 years old with a stage 1 57 reg tfsi, good car but if I was ten years younger with no kids?63 is a about the right age to move to diesel :giggle:

I bought my own car the wife pays for the house and her Clio gourdini, did I spell that correctly? For a comparasion I pay 433.67 for. Y insurance with 7 years NCD

47, as below and my first vrs and 'sporty' car, tbh... I have probably now retired from any further mods cos I have another set of wheels to pay for

Moved out of home as I turned 17 bought my car new without finance, good old fashioned hard work and saving. Also bought a ZZR1200 and a ZZR1400 within same year. :p

39 vrs tsi estate

So how many of us oldies would have thought 20 years ago you would a. Be driving a Skoda b. enjoying driving a Skoda ;)

That said I always fancied a 130 rs way back as a good laugh (still quite fancy a go in one)

And still paying for it ;)

I’m a miner with a very young person’s 2008 CR non-manual diesel :)

Incorrect. I own the car outright.

I think its quite bad that people can just assume 100% finance over 10 years haha, i openly admit i have finance on mine its over 28months and i pay fair bit less than £200 a month so cant see how people can judge younger who want a nice car that is affordable and should leave them without big bills for repairs on a older car

Petrol and regret not having it done sooner. So much more fun

Hear hear stick it to the OAP's

22 - 2006 TFSI VRS

I'm 36 with the vRS listed in the sig below. This is my second vRS, my first being a 56 plate in Black Magic.

My age is easily guessed from my sig!

Had my mid-life crisis early at 36 with a Chimaera 4L HC.

Octy now perfect for combination of family duties & fun!

54, 61plate vrs

31 , 2007 Vrs pd.

I follow Harry's posts with great interest, Rob, and know he owns the car, hence the smiley

But thanks for chipping in your 5p worth :hi:
