i was just given 12 litres of oil by a mate who had it laying around,, car lube triple r 5w30 semi syn.. just wondering could i throw it into me octy vrs on its next service,,which is due VERY SOON .. it says suitable for most modern petrol an diesel engines...the grade is ACEA A1??

carlube is cheap oil that i used to use at Mr Clutch when i worked there many moons ago. Its not VW approved so is not correct for your car.
