Locking wheel nut key URGENT

Featured Replies

Hi guys well i never thought it would happen to me but here i am. ive gone to take my wheels off to go get new tyres and the bloody locking wheel but key is missing.

The key i need for it is the star key type, the code for it is ABC3 which youll find on the top on the key and it has 14 teeth on it.

Can anyone help out or tell me where i can get one without having to fork out on a whole new set and with out having to get them removed because it can be expensive.

If anyone with one is local to crawley id appreciate it if i can borrow it.

Thanks guys

Nip to stealer, they sold me theirs and they buy in a new to replace.

Can't recall if it was £17 or £27

or find someone with a vrs and get a loan of it

No need for another Vrs, friends l&k were the same as mine, think you just need to check a few Octys with alloys on

Sent from my Galaxy S2 not a Crapple!

Just borrow someone elses IMO.

If you end up buying more I have a set of bolts and locking nut from an 04 Octy vRS. Let me know if you require them...

I had the same problem,i went to my local service and they took off the anti-theft bolt with a big tx user for gearboxes

Most tyre places can remove them with some gentle persuasion!

I had a set removed by a local tyre place who hammered a smaller socket over the locking wheel nut, then hey presto, we undid them.

Just don't watch them do it as they have to hammer it hard!
