I am looking for a cylinder liner for my 2001 skoda fabia. I can't seem to find one and the dealer only wants to sell it to me with the piston and a new cylinder. I live in Panama and I've scoured the junk yards. There are several motors but no one wants to part with a liner that would make their motor useless. I'm willing to pay shipping for one if someone knows where to get a hold of it. Can these be custom made? I've heard of a place that makes them if you take the original.

Well I was getting an engine overhaul because I was having trouble with coolant getting into the engine. When the cylinders came out one of the liners was pretty beat up and wasn't making a good seal with the brass ring at the bottom of the chamber. This, theoretically, is the source of my trouble. We've done pretty much everything else. Thanks for the tip I wrote them to see if I could get something shipped.
