Engine Mount Part numbers?

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

I dont suppose anyone has the part numbers for all engine mounts for the 1.9tdi 130pd?

im wanting to renew the engine mounts as i notice what seem to me is as excess engine movement.

upon starting the car the engine the engine shakes as you would expect, while idling the car is fine but just touch the throttle a little and it seems to move abit too much for my liking.

also when idling i feel vibrations through the gear stick and also through the car seats, this feeling is also there when the car is moving.

ive already renewed the 2 gearbox mounts but its made no difference to this vibrating feel.

Ok ive managed to find the part numbers for the engine mount,

right mount - 8D0 199 382 AR

left mount - 8D0 199 379 AR

it seems these are unavailable now!

Ive been on the phone to wunderpartz as they have been very good in the past but they are unable to locate both part numbers that end with AR.

Although they can find the same part numbers but ending with either E, H, K, L, M.

What are the differences between these parts as the actual part numbers are the same but they end with different letters?

I asked if the AR part numbers may have been superseded but they were unable to confirm.

Ive also found that some say you can use one part number for both the left and right mounts?

I was going to purchase 2 of these - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-A4-A6-VW-Skoda-Engine-Mounting-Front-L-R-8D0199379L-Meyle-2-YEAR-GUARANTEE-/110964350899?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item19d5fd9fb3 but im unsure now.

i dont want to end up with a stiffer engine mount that is meant for heavier engines as i would suspect they would cause more vibrations.

im confused.!
