I just bought some black diamond pads from larkspeed. Cant comment on performance as not fitted yet but bought them by being told about them on here and reading reviews, good price too.

Normal Pagid pads! I rate them!

DS2500 That is all.

agree too!

I'd buy the genuine vag brake pads from the dealer or tps.

its ok if they chomp em up. its the perforamnce of the pads that is my priority.

Hawk hps review. as promised. my rating. 5/10

not impressed. they are ok. a bit **** on cold. not very responsive and feedback is poor. ok when hot. not very responsive or super encouraging when thrashing. going with mintex or pagid oem one next

So really OE spec is good enough as long as you don't drive round like your racing.

In running mintex all round and can't fault them in terms of stopping power more than adequate for some spirited driving

ds2500 seem to be £140+

But they are the best - If you are concerned about price more than performance, then the stock Pagid pads will be perfectly fine. I paid well over £200 to just upgrade to DS2500 on my new brake kit.

 Correct. Give Bill @ Badger5 a call. he was the most competitively priced when I was looking about 2 months ago

Tarox corsa 401

Awesome braking power and never had any fade on any car I've run them on ever.

As above, you cant have amazing brakes and pay £60 a set. DS2500 are worth every penny.

I have brembo pads on mine, they came with my conversion.

I couldn't tell you the model of them, but wouldn't really recommend them.

From past experiance Ferodo Premier are great stuff.

Mintex 1144's are pretty shoot hot

£110 and i think you'd struggle to beat them
