Not too sure on prices but give Betta blast a try, they've been brilliant for everything I have used them for.... They get pretty sick contracts for deep sea stuff, the 'Bluebird' bla bla bla

Where are you in the North East?

If near Middlesbrough, then I'd reconmend Romax on Portrack line in Stockton. I've also seen good results from PPC in Hartlepool. I think the member I spoke to (Furn) said it was £200 for 4 wheels to be done on his Octy. Have a looks at his pics on his post here: http://www.vagcars.c...?t=11429&page=2

+1 for Tony at westerhope, the wheel specialist. I've used him loads an know him very very well. Also helps my brother in law works for him and does the spraying :p

He's got great contracts and does celebrities wheels on rang rovers and other top class sports cars.

He's actually just put some videos on Facebook of him straighing out a really badly damaged Audi rs4 alloy.

Can i just add to this.its ok getting a spray tan on your wheels but as we all know VAG alloys corrode like there is no tomorrow so tyre pressure loss can be a real pain so as Tony does is the way to do them properly. Tyres removed, acid dipped and cleaned to remove all nasties inside and out then powder coated and tyres refitted and balanced. No more problems job done.

as above it depends on price your willing to spend im assuming standard wheels not a lot?

laldog i got a set painted aswell as others from the same bloke whos done my fabia ones and a set are still on the car i sold and still perfect after 4 year nearly..

but agreed dipping powder coating is best but costs money so a refurb and repaint is good enough you cant go wrong with HBRC ]

theres always somthing better but theres a price to pay for that

I would have replied ROMAX/SEM who will offer a drive in/drive out service but they're not what i'd call cheap. They're show quality but (and I can't remember which one) one of them won't coat the rear face fully, the other will. They aren't exactly the cheapest going but the quality is spot on.

Dropped into ROMAX today after my local tyre fitter chipped one of my wheels :@. They have offered to pay for a full refurb  and told me to visit ROMAX.

Prices as follows: 17" £49, 18" £53, 19" £60, 20" £72 including VAT

Will let you know the result Wednesday next week.
