right guys as some may know im doing an old hotrod/ f2 trick and ghosting some old 80's lace net curtain on my roof (bare with me as it does even to me sound stupid lol) but anyone whose seen it and i believe theres a few who have it looks nuts when done and done right

im thinking of a anthracite with a little sparkle in ghosted so you can see it there but need to look properly to see all the detail and not too in your face

this is one of the patterns im thinking what do you guys think?

Unfortunately I old enough to have seen this a few times in the past. It can look very good or very bad depending on the patten, colour and depth of effect.

Should be interesting to see the end result.

Subtle is the way to go IMHO.

Why?

to be a little different. :) When I wanted my roof painted black and I knew I didn't want "just black" which is why I got the bodyshop to add a lilac flake to the topcoat when it was done. Its subtle enough to not be seen from a distance, but up close it sparkles. :D

excactly that bud to be diffrent same old same old all the time gets extremily boring plus im looking to go into show and shine competitions and little details like can mean either winning or losing
