  • Ta da. This happened this afternoon, I'm very pleased it.     Luckily I was able to pull off the main road and stop at the right time. My Maths was obviously right when I reset the trip.

  • I had to do this once I realised it was possible.............(i.e. I hadn't passed the mileage yet, so could reset the T1):

  • TaDa     As you can see I've dusted too! :p

Another little milestone in my trusty wee 13 year old 1.4 diesel Fiesta

It clearly lives a very quiet life :D

Just like the green goddess, gets used for commuting I use them a week about and refuel them every 2 months...... Slow going but the Fiesta is in theory the Octy's replacement when I finally get around to getting rid of it.... £30 a year to tax and very very fresh tight handling wee car with little to go wrong in the scheme of things. Was looking at trading in the Octy against an XF or something befitting as a replacement, just can't decide!!! 😞

We had a couple '05 fiesta diesel vans in work as pool vehicles. Back in the day. Bloody lightback end in them if it was empty!

But used not much in diesel...

Mine is a Jan 2006 (late registered 05 model). Nimble wee thing, it's basically a kin to the Octy when I got it comparatively. Octy is still a class act though, always good to get back into it after a week in the tiny Ford!

We have a diesel Astra estate pool car purchased new in March 2017 and it's currently showing 6,036 miles (why they bought a diesel is beyond me).

1/100th of the mileage mine has done :D

Missed 23,456 miles today and absolutely gutted. Got to wait for 33,333 now. Might take a while.

Kindly taken by my passenger yesterday morning. Wish I'd reset the trip computer 24 miles earlier....

What are you trying to get, is it on the back to front VW?

2345 & 67.8

2277.2 + 67.8 = 2345, but last time I did this I think I was a mile out 🙄

Can you swap trip and odo around on screen? Otherwise it would look like 67.8 2345

Dunno, not tried yet.  Was going to go for 9:10am too.

If I can't I'll leave it 'til the 3's.

I was looking at Golf R's there today, but this trip / odo disparity is putting me off 😞 (that said not been looking at ones with the poshpit dash so far).
