I think a comment from another member has made him stop posting,  I remember his reply and he has not posted since. he was looking in from time to time but not for a week +.

I think Bob has deserted his Yeti and replaced it with his boat. He'll be back as soon as this very unlike UK weather gets back to normal.

I'm back from Yosemite, just a bit jet-lagged   

Yosemite is on my Bucket List of places to visit . Didn't make it on my '75 tour of Western US as you couldn't get there by Greyhound Ameripass. Along with Yellowstone. Did make lots of others though on the Road Trip. Including coast road all the way from San Diego to Portland.

A finger of fudge is just enough.....

Err - possibly?  I have a work colleague who is Aussie and is currently planning a solo round the world flight - but pole to pole, not equatorial!  Yes he is certifiable

No can do, Bruce :no: .  This here's a Virtual Corner, named after a good mate who's gone walkabout.  Open house, temporary stays only.  No annexing.  Ozzies can qualify for a visit, just like anyone else, but they have to take their own barbies and tinnies, just the same as we Limeys have to supply our own Old Speckled or Doom Bar or whatever (since Bob's orignial supplies ran out :( ). 

 

And remember, Bob's Corner is a sort of penal colony (you know what that is  ?) - a Naughty Step, not a holiday camp.
