Can't wait to see this when it's lower. How low you thinking of going?

As much as possible, the FK's allow up to 100mm ;)

Will look good once finished. I lowered the front of mine today, just need to do the rear now. Looking forward to seeing it on the floor.

What's the offset on your front wheels?

  • Author

8.5x18 et25 all round ;)

215/35/18's at the min but will be swapping to 215/40/18's when these are no good.

How will you sort the front wheels out? As they do stick out a little. A few members are saying mines will stick out a lot, as mines are ET33.

Your wheels have less poke Zeb by about 1.5mm) but if you're going to run a 235, the tyre is going to stick out. Si's tyres, with a tiny bit of stretch, sit inside the arch.

Bare in mind, mine is lowered on springs so would drop about 15mm more. If I go for 215's then there would be a gap between tyre and the arch. Would 225/35 on fronts would sit inside the arch?

When? If you got different springs you mean?

Don't know if a 225 will fit flush and I don't really want to take Si's thread off topic onto someone else's car, but I think it says somewhere up above (or on facebook) that the arches will get rolled.

I'll post the rest on my thread.

As john says pal. the pictures are deceiving, they do poke but the treads still in the arch due to the stretch. There's no doubt that I'm going to have to roll the arches when I lower it. I'll be swapping to 215/40's eventually as 35's are a bit small :)

I'd go 225 on yours tbh but is also run Coilovers that way you can fine tune where it sits.
