Thanks very much for the guide Carl, I've just ordered all the bits following your build. I've ordered all Ash silicon and pipe. Can't wait for it all to come now!

It's a allard kit I know that, I emailed the company and asked about a BLT kit and they said they haven't got one and they need someone to send there plastic pipe and silcone hoses to make one up :S

Could someone put up a link for the alloy pipe needed?

Thanks

I just bought the delete kit for £39 on a group buy, so i can probably make the whole thing for £120. was looking at the prices on ebay and for what it is they are charging alot i my opinion. suppose they have to make a profit! lol

I'm interested in doing this boost pipe conversion to my car but I just want to check I have the right parts before I buy anything.
So starting from the intercooler:
Is this the right coupler? http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?inc=product&cat=&product=FMABHC
which goes on to this 45 degree pipe? http://www.autosiliconehoses.com/silicone-polyester-reinforced-hose-45-degree-elbow-reducer-60mm-to-51mm-15-colours.html
which connects to this metal pipe(my engine is a pd100 so it doesn't have this pipe) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261075860874?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
which connects to the EGR delete http://www.autosiliconehoses.com/silicone-fuel-oil-fluoro-90-degree-elbow-hose-choose-size.html

Not easy to read I know, but if anyone can help that would be great.
Thanks :)

Don't buy the forge coupler.  It's twice the price of idenitcal ones on ebay.

And use T bolt clamps instead of jubilees.

The metal pipe is a bit thick at 1.2mm walls.  There's no need for it to be that heavy.

And you'll need to have that pipe bead rolled or the hoses will blow off.

I'm not sure where else to source the pipe though  :S

Can anyone still find this setup?

If you're on about the bits from page 1, yes, all the parts are still available on eBay. The only one you may have an issue with is the 2" 51mm O.D stainless steel bend as i'm not sure if the company are still making them.

Am I the only one who's had trouble with the intercooler coupler? I tried to fit mine yesterday and it's way too big, measured the standard couple and it is 51mm ? I ordered the 61mm like it says on here or was that for the egr valve? Help ! Lol

You needed coupler type A for the intercooler, 51mm internal diameter. The other one is for the EGR.
