Would the people at the Guinness records place accept some random made up record like "The biggest Briskoda Meet"? It is a record only we could beat ourselves in the future  

As said before if it did go ahead then we can't all be hooning it around that track as much as we want to, and if we are getting close to each other then all need to be on high alert.

 

I'm in if it can be done this year but imo I think it's a bit short notice but who knows.

Not sure where you are going to do this but just to let you that Global Gathering (which is only next junction up on m40 from gaydon) is on the same weekend and everyone will be heading home so traffic might be an issue.

Having discussed it further with a few people and those at Gaydon, the circuit is the only viable option.

Regrettably you have to book it a year in advance and I only thought about a record attempt in February, so I'd of been goosed either way.

Good news is the circuit can be used and has been used for this very purpose.

So next year, either here or at another circuit venue I can build it into the planning from day 1, monday 29th July

I wouldnt have thought this would be too much of an issue if you talk to the police and have a defined route.  Down here, the north devon mini register every bank holiday have a mini run for charity and this consists of between 200-300 minis and this is over a much longer route.  I can try and talk to the organisers if necessary.  They have marshalls along the route, plus marshalls on motorcycles going ahead
