hi folks, have had a quick look for this and can't find a specific answer

 

what type of engine oil do i need to top up my octavia QG1 elegance tdi 2003?

 

i used castrol edge turbo diesel 5w-40 last time

 

can't find any at the moment, could only find castrol edge 5w-40 which says compatible with vw 505 00

 

my skoda manual says i should be on a vw 506 00 or vw 506 01

 

help, what should i be topping up with?
