Added the black Skoda badges (removed the red and green stripe on grille) had some plates made up from fourdot and got the dremel out and altered the number plate surrounds.

Car looks great and better than when I had it!  love the new reg and splitter

Hopefully this won't get buried, but does anyone have a Rallye Green RS Estate, preferably with the 19" extreme alloys. Looking at that for early next year.

Today I received message that factory has confirmed week 41 as production week.

 

Also color change to Moon White failed, and it will be Quartz Grey. Not the worst color I've had in the order. Of that, I'm glad.

I'll take one as soon as the winter gets here.

But before that, here's "a compulsory" picture by the lake.

 

Collected today, my new Octavia Hatch vRS 2.0 TDI 184 PS DSG in Rio Red Metallic with Black Pack, Sunroof, Leather seats, Columbus sat nav and Kessy keyless system. Done first 40mls and got a big smile on my face. Colour and car is awesome me thinks.

Changed from a '60' plate Silver vRS 2.0 TDI Manual with 57k last August to a '63' plate Rio Red vRS 2.0 TDI Manual with 11k and some unusual 18" alloys. I was initially shocked by the low MPG compard to my previous car but now it has done 20k it's much better - thankfully.

 

It was the colour that made me change.
