I’m into it a lot more than the list price cost lol but that’s a result of a new radio to match etc because my car is a 2014. It’s possible and definitely worth it but it’s not something that you can just plug in and it’ll work.

While I’m in the pic thread, let’s have a pic of the car :D

No, the phone button just brings up the phone menu or answers the call, it’s quite handy tbh, much more so than the VIEW button IMO so I haven’t gotten around to changing the wheel buttons yet. Old wheel is almost threadbare so I’ll change the whole wheel for a nicer one when I find one with the VIEW button.

Thank you, I have been looking at replacement wheel but will not be for a while now as I have just put brand new Michelin ps4s all round

I can change the view by pressing OK, the only downside is that I can’t select from recent destinations on the nav without the VIEW button but otherwise I have lived thus far without it :D

Sitting in car figured out how to use phone with multifunctional steering wheel!!! Press menu right hand side then scroll down until you find phone,then press scroll Done scroll up and down for selected numbers, press scroll to call or answer then left scroll for call volume Done

my wheel already does that by depressing the right toggle wheel in? i can scroll through all the various views?

Few bits and pieces done to mine since I bought it ,  debadged and blacked skoda and vrs badges done.

Refurbed the damaged wheels to panther Black. Fitted black Grill, and wind reflectors added. Aaaaand its finally stopped raining so treat it to a wash and wax.

In a vRS yes.

Probably toni8b was referring to diesel vrs.

Note that this configuration comes with double evacuation.

@Rigor so did the 1.8 TSI :)

Hi Sasha, could you please point me in the direction of how to get a download to update my satnav to get speed cameras 🎥

My vRS Challenge as I collected it this afternoon...and no, they didn't forget to remove the protective covers on the B-pillars, I requested that other than removing the protective film elsewhere I wanted it otherwise untouched.  I will be detailing it fully in a week or so and I didn't want to have any damage inflicted by the dealers valeters.

Got to say very nice 👍

Treated it to its first wash in 6 months (I have small children, so don't get time!) and it's scrubbed up rather well! :)

Planning to clay, DA polish and wax tomorrow if it's dry, to correct some minor swirls and apply a fresh layer of protection.
