Had the Fabia and a vw passat tdi estate before this but so glad to be back in a skoda

check out sashas thread she has info on the retrofit. I have done it too but it doesnt come without its problems and its not cheap

This was a extra on my 2019 vrs challenge it is pretty cool 😎 but at a price £380 definitely worth it!!!!!

cost me 5 times that to retrofit

I’m into it a lot more than the list price cost lol but that’s a result of a new radio to match etc because my car is a 2014. It’s possible and definitely worth it but it’s not something that you can just plug in and it’ll work.

Thanks, it’s the epitome of a 10 footer this car, if you get close to it you can see it wears its 110,000 miles like a car that has 110,000 miles  my previous Audi, Volvo and Mercedes all made it to higher mileages than this and looked great even up close but this car hasn’t worn the abuse like the premium cars did, it’s not bad but it’s not a car that you could convince people had a lower mileage. It was leased by a construction company though, and spent it’s life getting from building site to building site all over the country though and then I’m hammered it up and down fast A roads and used it as a family daily so I can forgive it

On a side note, its quite baffling (most british word ever) that the indicator signals still is the old school way and not on the digital screen.

 

It bothers me more than it should. 

Some lights have to run on a separate screen in case the main screen fails. Warning light, indicators and EML are just a few of those. Even with no speedo you would still want the above lights to be visible in the car.
