Picked up my 1.4TSI Estate yesterday.  Five minutes on the drive and Merry the cat had found a nice warm vantage point.  Of course there's no point sitting on the bonnet unless your paws are really, really muddy ......

Preheating her to drive down to the hardware store (stupid cats demolished the cat flap, now we have a substantial draft in the house).

Those Cucking Fats, we've got one too.  We just open the door nowdays.

Yep, lots of experience of cats, cars, muddy paws etc etc.  It's quite common to find our own cat sitting on the bonnet (as in the photo) and her long-haired black and white pal from down the road sitting on the roof.  The car is always at its most attractive right after it been washed and it's totally irresistible when it's been polished.

I'm glad to report these were taken seconds before the jet washer was turned on :)

There is a distinct lack of black hatches on here.

Yea, could do with spacers really, but as the wife's work horse I'm not too fussed!

It does feature some distance back in this thread as new/clean, does look great!

Quick shot this afternoon - happy days :-)

Well impressed so far. Will shoot some better shots - probably in the New Year when I have a bit more time.

Am I part of the club now? ;-)

I'm sorry undll, but now you have to go on my hate-list. I so wanted that color, but my leasing company has a metallic-only policy.

There is something that works really well about battleship grey in the flesh - having seen it on a Fabia, was very tempted but chickened and when for metal grey. Russian battleship enough to convert me back.

Just 'cause there hasn't been a picture of a black vRS for a while

Where's the "dislike" button when you need it?  Not that I dislike the car - I have a black one just like it (but without the extremes).  I'm just hating the sunshine and cleanliness right now.  It's grey and cold here and my car is more of a mirky brown shade than black at the moment  :( .

For some reason I can only add two photos......but I picked mine up after 7 months 1 week of wait on friday.

Ambition+ 1.4TSI 6spd Manual (similar to SE spec - except normal a/c not climate), Candy White estate, MY15, Front & rear sensors, Reverse camera, Bolero + Canton, Xenons, Park assist, ACC, 18" Alaris rims, Panoramic Sunroof, Colour maxidot.

I've since added interior lights from ledperf all in white, front sidelights (parkers) in LED, Boot lights in LED, rs pedals (if I can get the bloody accelerator one on!), Door sill trims, an additional door bin (comes with 1 std). Also added black magic mirror caps (genuine).

Still to add G1WC Dash cam, Dynamat the rear boot floor/spare wheel well and front doors, Front & Rear mudflaps, 20% tint all round (goes in next week)

EDIT: Driveway is on a huge slope, hence the large arch gap. Lowering springs would be nice, but its easier to drive around (dont bottom it out) without....

How I miss manual... btw I was speaking with the dealer about the tint they were saying something about anything lower than 30 or 35% voids the warranty don't know how much merit there is to that but just keep it in mind

There, clean again.

I found a new car wash that is a tiny bit pricier, but delivers a far better job and they are friendlier to boot. They used a super-omg-wtf-golden-wax to protect my paint from birds, mosquitoes and meteorites, and it shows!

Let's just see how their wax holds up over the next few days/weeks to see if I'm going to be a returning customer there.

The problem with this thread is that there is not enough red, especially Rio Red!

Wish I could keep it as clean as it was back in the summer

if you look closely you will spot the red reflector in my rear bumper  :p

A little slice of southern hemisphere Christmas for you! [emoji41]

Not voids warranty, it's technically illegal (you can get booked). I've had it before on the previous Skoda, and had no issues. If you don't drive like a ****, you'll be fine. Even insurance has to prove that the tint contributed to the accident to try and avoid paying. I know people in the insurance industry and they reckon no one has been denied a claim due to tint. 20% isn't that dark, it's slightly darker to the eye than 35% (legal) but hard to notice unless they are side by side.

I have some more pictures, but can't upload them for some reason?

Bloody dealer should have got with 20% instead of 35%

Here's my blue vrs with full mud flaps and winter turini's on
