Also like a virtually non-existent gutter so when you open the doors in the rain, it all runs in over the seats.......

And the seal trapping water on the sill for days after rain.... Open door and get wet toes.    Skoda must want us to shower more.

To be fair, is their a hatchback car that doesn't suffer the water in the boot issue?   My old Mondeo was just as bad as the octy.   My biggest hate is the water in the window.... Drenched the electric window switches a few times..... Can't imagine the switches enjoy it any more than I do.

Very happy with the beads and ease of use on this wax.... the .:R36 is looking great!

 

Shame my car is parked on a hil but still happy with the beading a few weeks on particularly on the roof rails.....

Treated with Autoglym soft top kit. Cleaner then protector

 

 

I use Meguiars Nxt Generation tech wax 2.0 (makes it sound like an app!) then top up with Meguiars ultimate quick detailer between full waxes on the paint work

 

Anyone else get really sad when you see a really nice car in the rain and there's zero beading happening? Like it's been washed with washing up liquid it's whole life and never even see any polish/wax!

Freshly detailed 2 weeks ago - finished with 2 coats of Collinite 476, then a coat of Blackfire Midnight Sun.
