Hi, new to Birskoda..

I own a 1996 felicia 1.3 SPI glxi, looking for cheap and cheerful ways to up the throttle responce and general light engine mods.

Budget is very limited, :(

Any help/advise is appreciated

Stick a mpi in there....

Switch to carburetor add a big ass jets free flowing air filters advance the timing and you are good to go
