Held off on the Glaco as you are replenishing my G5 supply for now   ;)

All other orders have been delivered.

New samples from Marc Linekar over at Krystal Kleen arrived yesterday...

Awesome ste, keep us posted on the new samples.

If the glaco is good ill bring it round to ya.

really interested to see how the Glaco works - used lots of glass coatings and still keep coming back to Carlack. All the longer life coatings I've used seem to suffer the same issue where the water only starts to roll off at higher speeds than the shorter lived products. Carlack seems to offer the best compromise for me but Glaco looks interesting if it can do better - its the magic 40mph mark that seems to be the mark these days.

Chris - did you solve your streaking issues? I saw a couple of posts on DW that mentioned the same so it seems you're not alone.

Not resolved ..No,but solved slightly

I have now bought the Fusso99 Authentic Wax now...so intend to use that as the LSP

A small experiment reveals that that cures the problem

Car given a coat of Soft99 Authentic Wax that arrived today ......over the 2 coats of Fusso Sealer I applied last week

All I can say is WOW!!!

Its the best wax Ive ever used and that's alongside the likes of Swissvax and Zymol!!

A lovely reflective shine..mega 'flake pop' and so smooth

Seriously....You've got to get this!!

Awesome is an understatement!!

Great hope mine comes soon.

Just ordered. My mrs is not happy with you Chris, had to blame someone!!

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

LOL.....You have to blame somebody!!

I blame Sparkly!!

So that's Fusso Authentic on top of Fusso99 dark coat ?

Confused, I thought Fusso 99 dark coat and authentic are both waxes ?

No Fusso Dark is a Sealant

Wouldn't a sealant be the LSP not the wax ? I thought I had a handle on this and now it appears not !

I guess the acid test for you, is beading and longetivity of the Authentic ...

Yeah that's it ... must wait for long term results ... anyways I have the 2 parts BSD to 1 part CGV7 mix to try tomorrow weather permitting ... yeah must wait ... have I convinced myself yet ?

If I have to get just one Fusso product ... which one would it be  ? must resist  must resist  must resist  must resist  must resist :D

An LSP is what it says..Last Stage Product

In this case..The sealant is a base for the Wax

As a rule of thumb....but not set in stone..."Sealant always before wax"

Waxes can add a bit more durability...but not always..They are mostly applied, as a topper, to enhance the looks..depends on the wax

Hope youre not more confused

:S  :p  :D

Whats the anwer to the edited post (one fusso product) ? then I promise I'll lie down for a bit

Sorry....Soft99 Authentic  ....with or without a sealant

Sorry....Soft99 Authentic  ....with or without a sealant

Soooooo. How does it compare to the sparkly wax we used on mine last week mate? IF, just IF I was to weaken would I put a sealer underneath this on mine and if so what would be best?

I really need to stay away from this section of the forum.....

TBH Ade..its slightly better..but not sure of the durability of the Brazilian..the Fusso IS more durable I guess

Durability is not a consideration to me but might be to others/clients..so the Sealer first would be used/offered

Glad you managed to get hold of this in the end - and found the same results - simply awesome.

I've been blinding the neighbours all week with an extra shiny R36....   :giggle:

2 people stopped walking past the house to comment on the car looking extra shiny!!!

Fusso+Authentic = WIN WIN!!!!

Looking good Carl.... is there room on the new shelves for these?

Or another set of shelves on order?!?!   :giggle:

You will love the Authentic Carl

Its made ALL my other waxes redundant!!

I might just sell ALL of them!!

Just keep the sealants

Not resolved ..No,but solved slightly

I have now bought the Fusso99 Authentic Wax now...so intend to use that as the LSP

A small experiment reveals that that cures the problem

I have spoken to Jackie of Nippon Shine

He is aware that there is a problem, but only been reported to him twice

He asked me various questions on application methods and seemed fairly satisfied that there was no mistake made in application

Hes going to speak to the technical director of Soft99 in Japan and get back to me

For those contemplating this sealant, its really not a big issue and may not affect you at all. It didn't on my wifes car

These products can best be compared to Sonax BSD.......new to the market and causing a sensation!!

A must have wax/sealer!!

Flake pop on this stuff is unbelievable, and it's the most pleasurable wax Ive ever applied. It goes on like butter.

I have to say I didn't think it was the easiest to get off but the results are well worth it.

Why didn't I buy this stuff when I started this thread months ago.

Thanks for resurrecting it ste.
