hi guys and girls,

picked up my new car Monday night, absolute bargain! a lovely Red VRS.

bit of a step up from my previous car, Citroen C2 1.1L, but hey ho

as this is my second car i plan to do things properly and spend a bit of time (money) on things,

first on the list get insured obviously, but i have plans to make this a 'show/daily car' .

first off probably the most important piece, the coilovers, plan on getting some VMAXX etreme coil overs with the damper ajusment

as i had FK-AK in the C2 and they where horrendous, but i suppose as with anything you get what you pay for.

already have a set of wheels lined up, my mate is letting me borrow his schmidt modern lines, which i'm over the moon about

but i wana get a daily set to, so probably guna go for some steelies.

sorry about the poor pictures but i Havant had a chance to get it in proper day light yet lol.

what you think?   :D

cheers, i will do indeed :P

Looks like a Kent based car with that number plate - are you from Kent

Ideas sound good but the vmaxx coilovers won't be much better than fk! Try ap, weitec, kw etc

yeah picked it up from Kent, i'm in Chichester thou,

do you reckon? even if i get the damper adjustable ones?

I have had AP's before on a vRS and they were great, funnily enough a mate has my old vRS and its still fine with suspension on 4 years later. AP's are cheap too at £400 delivered.

I had FK's on an Ibiza and they were so bouncy it wasn't funny!

Recognised the plate, car probably from Caffyns?

From that last pic your handbrake looks quite high. Might be worth checking one of the arms on your rear calliper aren't sticking on which is a common problem. I'm jealous of all these red ones, that's the colour I wanted
