2 Mac Tools universal seat covers,black nylon with red logo,used these in a vrs so added a couple of tie points to the base to stop them sliding off so much.

Mk 1 fabia VRS front seat backrest,bought off here to replace mine which has a hole in the bolster however the purchase of some e bay covers & a lack of bottle means i'm never going to get round to it lol.
