Octavia MK3 Adaptations Map - VCDS

Featured Replies

If anyone can help, I'm looking for an Adaptations Map for a MK3 Octavia of the 09 Central Electrics module

Particularly looking for MK3's with dipping passenger mirror and cornering fogs that both light up in reverse (as long as low beam is on)

Also on VCDS forum:

Many thanks

Can I ask why? How to enable both are documented. If you have cornering fogs enabled they both come on in reverse by default. What model do you need it for as vRS has extra adaptations for the additional fog light bulbs. Settings need changing on the door controller as well for the mirror dip.

For some reason on the Leon when the cornering lights are enabled they work independently but both do not come on in reverse so gathered there would be a coding difference somewhere.

As for the mirror I've coded the door controller (52) as well, however it will usually 100% return on engine switch off but is very intermittent when driving off! has been noted as a possible fault on the Leon but works on Octavia, be surprised if the door controllers were different though.

Just thought it would be worth comparing coding with my own.

Thanks

Ok, I'll pull some maps for you at the weekend

Sent from my phone so please excuse brevity and spelling

Just in case the issue with the mirror is hiding in the door module adaptations could you please carry out a map of this module (52) I think. Thanks
